BB&J Chia Seed Pudding
BANGIN' BUTTER & JELLY CHIA SEED PUDDING
A mature version of a childhood classic. I'm all about simple recipes right now. They are crucial for those busy mornings when you just need to grab and GO! This BB & J Chia Seed recipe literally takes me 1 minute and 30 seconds to whip up the night before. The serving size below makes for one breakfast, but you can double, quadruple, or octuple this recipe, EASY!
1 cup milk of choice (coconut, almond, or dairy)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 T maple syrup
1 t vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of favorite jam! I used homemade strawberry jam
1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
a few flowers from your garden if you're feeling extra...
Add chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract of choice into a to-go container
(for a blended version - blend ingredients in a high-speed blender!)
Stir ingredients, cover and place into fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set
Once set, add almond butter, jam/jelly, and top with chopped strawberries & nuts!
