Bangin' Butter TOPPED Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients:

  • BANGIN' BUTTER (flavor of your choice!)

  • 1/2 LB BROWN BUTTER, MELTE (BUT NOT HOT)

  • 3/4 CUP PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR

  • 1//2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR

  • 1 EGG

  • 2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

  • 1 3/4 FLOUR

  • 11/4 TSP KOSHER SALT

  • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

  • 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA

  • 120Z SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

  • FINISHING SALT - TO TOP (ANY NON- IODIZED SALT IS FINE)



Steps for Success:

  • Preheat oven to 375 F

  • Cream butter & sugars for 5min, Add egg & vanilla, scraping down the bowl

  • In a separate bowl; sift flour, sugar, milk powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder

  • Mix dry ingredients into butter mixture, then add chocolate chips

  • Scoop dough onto a cookie sheet, sprinkle small amount salt

  • Generously top each cookie with Bangin' Butter!

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes

  • ENJOY!
