Top 5 Nutty Breakfast Bowls

Classic Oatmeal

We have to begin by mentioning the classic oatmeal! I enjoy my quick-oats simply made with water or almond milk.

BBB & J Oats: Top with strawberries, slices of bananas, Beckah's Bangin' Butter and some homemade jelly! Because we're all about the homemade life!

The sea salt in the almond butter balance out the sweetness and carries a rich nutty flavor!

Greek Yogurt & Granola

On days when I'm looking for something light, I go for this yogurt bowl.

My homemade granola is made with a variety of nuts and seeds that I have on hand. I use the Coconut BBB for a delicate sweetness that goes well with the sharper Greek yogurt.

Rice Meal

Rice meal is a fun and different porridge! I use Bob's Red Mill Rice Farina, following the instructions on the package.

I stir in a tablespoon of BBB with my prepped mason jars and top with bananas (which are my favorite fruit)!!!

As a runner, training for my first half marathon, I need carbohydrates to fuel me. I also need those healthy fats from the almond butter to keep me full, satisfied and sustained.

Sweet Potato Bowl

Sweet potatoes have SO many vitamins and minerals: vitamin A & C & B6, B1, B2, manganese, copper, potassium, niacin, phosphorus, and dietary fiber. WHOO! THAT WAS A LOT!

This morning bowl is balanced in it's macronutrients: carbohydrates, fats and protein. (There are two grams of protein per tablespoon!)

Slice open your baked sweet potato and fill it with almond butter! Simple right? I would suggest sprinkling some cinnamon on top too. It smells AMAZING! I love how the almond butter melts and forms a dressing, creating a salty, sweet, comforting and deeply satisfying breakfast.

Coconut Cereal

From time to time, the Bangin' Butter team commits to a Whole30 reset. We find use BBB to pump up AMAZING recipes like this one that is free of refined sugars, grains, dairy, legumes, etc.
