Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies made with ingredients you can feel good about!
Makes 18 cookies.
1 ¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup butter or ghee
¼ cup beckah's bangin' almond butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice!
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter or ghee, bangin' butter and coconut sugar.
Add the vanilla extract and the egg and mix.
Combine the almond flour, baking soda and add to the wet mixture until everything is incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips!
Scoop 18 cookies and bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
