Blackstrap Oatmeal
Dear friends of mine, the Jenkins family (owners and designers of Marina Griffin Designs) recently BLEW ME AWAY with their inventive, inspiring, invigorating oatmeal recipe. It truly a GEM of a recipe and I am sharing it with you guys, because it is TOO GOOD not to share! It is a hearty and nutritious ginger & molasses oatmeal breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cup of water/nut milk
1 T Blackstrap Molasses
1/2 t Ground Ginger
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 T+ Beckah's Bangin' Butter
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 t Honey/Sweetner of Choice
1 Serving of favorite Protein Powder
Directions:
I mix all the ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight.
THAT'S IT!
The spice combo with that earthy molasses and almond flavors with the touch of sweetness is unbelievable. I honestly believe there is no other recipe like this out there! It's super healthy as well. Rich in vitamins and minerals like iron, vitamin E and metabolism boosting spices.
